The Art Scene is a 13-part docuseries celebrating the diverse art forms of Singapore. While filming took place in Singapore, the entire post-production process was distributed across eight different locations.
With a modest budget, the team needed to outsource work to cost-effective regions while still maintaining quality and efficiency. The biggest challenge was bridging geographical divides, reducing communication gaps, and aligning multiple teams toward one shared creative vision.
